These nifty little tins contain 30 each of white minty fluoride toothpaste tablets and purple thyme mouthwash tablets. The tins are assorted so we can't guarantee which one you'll get.
How to use:
Crunch up the toothpaste tablets betwen your front teeth and make a paste with your saliva, then brush in the usual way.
Mouthwash tablets should be dissolved in a glass of 100ml water to rinse the month for 30-60 seconds before spitting. Do not swallow.
