This 100% natural scouring pad made from coconut fibre is biodegradable/compostable at the end of its life. Plastic-free, vegan.

This scouring pad made from natural coconut fibre removes stubborn foods effectively but won't damage non-stick surfaces. Good for scrubbing vegetables too.

Made from the hair of a coconut and bonded with natural latex, this is an excellent alternative to the usual green scouring pads that release microplastics into the environment.

Store in a dry area and rinse clean after use and it will stay fresh and effective for months, using less soap but producing more suds than counventional scourers.  For a deep clean, soak for a few hours in white or apple cider vinegar - 1 part vinegar to two parts water.

When it's finally exhausted, pop it on our compost heap and it will safely biodegrade.

An excellent alternative to plastic scourers

I bought this after discussing with Tracey what she might be able to offer to tackle tea-stained mugs. It works a treat.

It takes a lot less effort to scrub off tea stains, and I've also found it great for removing burnt and baked on food from pans etc, without scratching.

I've had it for a few months now and there is no sign of mould (I prop it on top of a wooden drainer to dry after use).

An excellent eco swap!
